Electric Hydraulic Brake

Introduction:
This Electric hydraulic brake is mounted on the wire rope drum for braking a crane hoisting winch. Using Power hydraulic pusher as a driver device, the braking block/pad will hold the drum shaft tightly during braking.
It is widely used for the deceleration or braking of mechanical driver devices in the fields of hoisting, metallurgy, mines, ports, docks, and construction machinery.

The main swing hinge is equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which have high transmission efficiency and long life. There is no need to lubricate during use.

The brake spring is arranged inside the reservoir, and there is a brake torque ruler on one side to adjust it convenient and intuitive;

The sacral pad and brake shoe of the no-mounted brake shoes are inserted, reliable, convenient, and fast.

It is equipped with a chain-type equal clearance device, it always maintains equal clearance between the two side tiles during use, avoiding the phenomenon of one side brake pad floating against the brake wheel due to uneven clearance.

The automatic compensation device can achieve automatic compensation when the brake pad is worn.

Manual brake release, easy maintenance.

There are 2 ways of installation of braking pads: riveting and inserting (please indicate when ordering).

YW, YWZ3B, YWZ4B, YWZ5, YWZ8, WYZ9, YWZ10, YWZ12, YWZ13, YWZB, YWL, YWP.
Note: YWZB, YWZ4B, YWZ8, and YWZ13 are interchangeable. YWZB is matched with YT type thrusters, while YWZ4B, YWZ8, and YWZ13 are matched with ED type thrusters. YWZ8 and YWZ13 have equal backlash devices, with YWZ13 springs located on the side and arranged inside the spring tube. They are equipped with a brake torque gauge and can be equipped with a pad automatic wear compensation device.
