Rail Fastener Clips
-
Introduction:
Steel rail clips is a device used to press and fasten steel rails to I-beams, concrete beams, or the ground. Generally, the clips are fastened to the rail and beam together with bolts or welding to the steel beams.
Bolts Clips:
This type clip system is composed of cushion, pressure head, pressure tongue, bolt (Grade 8.8 hex bolt), nut and tighten nut. It is the most commonly seen rail clips system. The model can be:

GDGL rail clips, also known as 514 double hole clips (usually used for I-beam). The material is Q235B. Each set of GDGL clips system includes: 1 double hole clips, 1 cushion plate, 2 wedge-shaped cushion plates, and 2 sets of bolts.

DGL rail clips, also known as long hole casting clips (usually used for concrete beams and concrete floors). The materials are ductile iron and cast steel. The matching accessories are clips, upper pressure tongue, irregular gasket, composite rubber gasket, and hexagonal bolt.
Welding Clips:
This clip is very simple, only with a single clip, it is commonly welded on the steel I beam to fix the rail.
Elastic Clips:
The elastic rail clips can be bend and return to their original shape, providing a constant force that holds the rail firmly in position. These clips typically require fewer tools for installation and can be easily replaced or adjusted without requiring major track disruptions.
