Introduction:
This KBK flexible crane is a light and combined crane system in workshop. It can be 2 styles: suspended style and self-supporting style. The combination structure can adapt to various work scenarios, such as assembly production lines, CNC workstations, warehouse material handling, etc.

KBK flexible crane is designed with features of lightweight, flexible, stable, less noise and efficient. It consists of a series of different types of lifting devices, including single track, single beam, double beam, telescopic beam, and stacker crane. KBK flexible suspension crane is suitable for various modern production conveyor lines, with a lifting capacity range from 0.125 tons to 2 tons, and a wide range of adaptability.

Structure:

Track: The KBK flexible crane track is made up of standard straight sections and curved tracks. Straight sections can be linked together in multiple units to create a continuous straight transportation line or installed in parallel to form two tracks for flexible suspension hoists, which are used as a guide for large vehicles. Curved tracks can be combined with straight sections to create curved or circular monorail conveyor paths.

Suspension Device: This critical component connects the hoist to the track, allowing for smooth and secure movement along the crane’s path.

Walking Trolley: The walking trolley is designed to travel along the track while carrying the lifting hoist, which is responsible for moving materials.
