Bridge Installation:

1. End Carriage Installation

2. Remove the hand hole cover

3. Install the retaining bolts

4. Install the bolts

5. Install the anti-loosening nut

6. Install the hand hole cover

7. Install the buffers of girders

8. Install the buffers of trolley frame

9. Prepare installation of festoon C track Bracket

10. Installation of festoon C track Bracket

11. Tighten the C track bracket bolts

12. Install the cable carrier

13. Install the cable channel

14. Install the C track joints

15. Tighten the cable carrier bolts

16. Install the cable Hanging clips

17. Install the wireframe base

18. Install the wireframe

19. Install the crane electric box

20. Install the remote controller

21. Install the cable trolley

22. Install the cable

23. Fasten the cable end carrier

24. Cable set up

25. Bundling

26. Wiring

27. Install the crane limiter

Electric Hoist Installation:

1. Loosen the screw nut

2. Unscrew the drive shaft screw

3. Loosen the friction ring screw

4. Cut the bandage

5. Adjusting the space of the trolleys

6. Make sure the spacing is greater than the width of the girder bottom plate

7. Place the hoist in the installation location

8. Adjust the distance by tightening the nut to ensure that the distance between the trolley wheel edge and the trolley runway is 3-5mm

9. Tightening screw nut and anti-loosening nut

10. Tighten the friction ring screws

11. Tighten the drive shaft screws

12. Install the conductive bracket

13. Connect the aviation plug

14. Add anti-slip lock

Power on to debug the motion and run the drive device
