Factory Test of European Standard EOT Cranes for Mexico Project

Huayuan has undertaken a batch of European-style single girder EOT cranes for a Mexican project. The cranes have been assembled and tested in the factory and are running well. They will be sent to the Mexican customer site after being painted.

The capacity of these bridge cranes ranges from 2t to 20t with span of 15m and lift height 9m. This project is a new machinery factory, and these cranes will be installed in the workshops and warehouses for the daily handling of steel sheet, pipes, equipment, tools and other materials.

The advantages of the European standard cranes:

From the trolley, end beam to the main beam, more reasonable structural settings have been made, with a much smaller weight and size than traditional cranes. Under the same requirements, the low clearance European bridge crane can reduce the height of the factory building, reduce the cross-sectional size of the rail beam and the bearing capacity of the cow legs and pile foundations, lower the requirements for the track and power supply sliding line, and to some extent reduce the comprehensive investment of customers in the factory building and lifting equipment.

Traditional crane trolleys have relatively single performance parameters, limited range of selectable lifting and operating speeds, relatively outdated control methods, and poor handling performance. If customers want to add some special functions, it is often difficult to meet them; The European style bridge crane, which adopts standardized and modular design, overcomes these shortcomings. It has a larger coverage range of lifting capacity and height, more options for lifting speed, and the running speed of the trolley can also be adjusted to meet the needs of more special working conditions.

3. Safe and reliable, with good performance and low failure rate.

The European bridge crane has more comprehensive safety protection measures, including height limit, overload limit, travel limit, emergency limit, phase misalignment, phase loss, undervoltage, overvoltage protection, etc. It is also equipped with electronic anti sway, real-time monitoring, synchronous control, precise positioning and other optional functions for large lifting equipment and special purpose lifting equipment to reduce lifting risks.

4. Stable operation, flexible and easy to operate.

Key components such as reducers, brakes, couplings, and motors are manufactured using higher quality materials and technology, greatly optimizing equipment performance and reducing noise.
