Huayuan Mechanical Maintenance Technician - Lin Kuanfa

In the workshop of Liaoning Huayuan, you can often see a master with a maintenance tool bag on his shoulder shuttling between machines. Wherever he goes, all the machines run efficiently to ensure that production tasks proceed in an orderly manner. He is Lin Kuanfa, a mechanic in the Process Equipment Department of Liaoning Huayuan.

Lin Kuanfa joined the company in 2021. He has been rooted in the field of mechanical maintenance. He not only has a solid theoretical foundation, but also constantly hones his skills in practice and takes his work seriously and responsibly. He has now become the exclusive health steward of more than 80 production equipment.

In May 2021, a gear motor of a bridge crane suddenly broke down, which had a great impact on the production task. After receiving the repair call, Mr. Lin went to disassemble it as soon as possible and found that the position where the motor shaft was installed with the gear was broken. "It's a pity to waste two gear motors just because a shaft head is broken. I will try to repair it." A maintenance plan was formulated, he planned to make shaft sleeves, and then installed the shaft sleeve on the broken shaft. It turned out that he was right, and 8 motors were saved in this way. After that, Lin Kuanfa successively completed the repair of the wear of the 32T hoist drum and successfully made 10 gear motor output sleeves for the crane end carriages, which not only improved the efficiency of the equipment but also extended the service life of the equipment. The 20 shearing machines were damaged, which seriously affected the production progress. There was no relevant maintenance experience before. Lin worked hard and finally achieved the original accuracy after more than two days of welding, grinding and testing. The machine is back to normal!

In the spring of 2023, our company carried out a centralized gas supply transformation in the air compressor room. After hearing about this, Mr. Lin said he will try it out, striving to save costs for the company. Through this experience, this year's unloading class spray machine gas and new shot blasting machine gas pipeline laying projects were also constructed and installed by Mr. Lin and his colleagues.

With the meticulous maintenance over the past three years, the machine tool integrity rate has gradually increased, the failure rate has significantly decreased, and everything is developing in a positive direction. He has demonstrated what true dedication and devotion are with his actual actions.
