QZ Grab Overhead Crane

Introduction:
The QZ-type grab bucket overhead bridge crane, also known as the garbage crane or wastes treatment crane, is the core equipment in urban garbage incineration power plants. The crane is installed above the garbage storage pit and mainly undertakes operations such as feeding, handling, mixing, picking and weighing garbage.
The garbage grab crane can perform strict lifting and conveying operations to ensure the normal operation of the garbage incineration power plant. This crane can achieve manual operation, semi-automatic, and fully automatic control.

It can be used for indoor or outdoor fixed-span handling of loose materials such as ore, limestone, slag, ore powder, coke, coal, sand, etc. in industrial departments such as metallurgy, mining, and chemical industries.

The grabbing device is a double drum four rope grab bucket, with a simple structure and reliable operation.

The grab bucket can be opened and closed at any height.

When the material block size is below 100mm, the effect is good and the productivity is high. When the material block size is greater than 200mm, a toothed grab bucket should be used.

The grab bucket is only suitable for loose hand materials in a naturally stacked state.

When grabbing underwater materials or special materials, it must be separately mentioned when placing an order.

When used outdoors, rainproof facilities are required.
