Rail-mounted Container Gantry Crane
-
Introduction:
The rail-mounted container gantry crane or RMG travels on rail tracks to load, unload, and stack 20ft, 40ft, and 45ft standard containers in seaport terminals, container railway transfer yards, container storage and transportation yards, etc.
-
Parameters:
-
Lifting capacity: 36T to 45T.
-
Lifting height: Stacking 3 layers and passing over 4 layers, stacking 4 layers and passing over 5 layers.
-
Span: 26 meters, 30 meters, and 35 meters or customized according to the site, container storage and transportation process, and vehicle loading and unloading conditions.
-
Power supply: 380V/400V/415V/660V 50HZ/60HZ;
-
Working environment temperature: -25 ℃~40 ℃;
-
Features:
-
The structure of a rail-mounted container gantry crane consists of four main parts: the main beam, rigid legs and flexible legs, the working mechanism (crane traveling, trolley traveling, and lifting), and the electrical system. Due to the special requirements for lifting containers, the upper part of the gantry leg is opened into a U-shaped shape and connected to the main beam of the upper part of the gantry leg.
-
Precision positioning rotating trolley, automatic telescopic lifting spreader, eight rope anti-sway mechanism, effectively preventing swinging and twisting of the lifting device (there are two ways to support container rotation: lower spreader rotation and upper trolley rotation);
-
Intelligent fault detection system;
-
The separation of the electrical room and the operating trolley reduces the load on the trolley;
-
Automatic deviation correction and anti-gnawing rail for crane traveling;
-
Intelligent monitoring system, capable of effectively monitoring freight yards.
